Issue

Inconsistency with data objects (DOs) having the same name TotWh but using different types (CDCs):
- DGEN.TotWh uses CDC MV
- DPST.TotWh uses CDC BCR
- Also in IEC 61850-7-4 the abstract LN EnergyLN uses CDC BCR for DO TotWh

Proposal

- Rename DGEN.TotWh to DGEN.EnTot, but keep CDC MV
- Rename DGEN.PerWh to DGEN.EnPer, but keep CDC MV
