Attributes TmTmpChr33 and TmAChr33 have conditions tight to it referring to another (optional) attribute.

It is (from the conditions) not clear what to do with TmTmpChr33 and TmAChr33.

Proposal

Rephrase the condition:

The refering attribute is mandatory if referred attribute is available and the refering attribute is not allowed if refered is not available.

Add in the explanation of TmTmpChr33: Refering to TmTmpCrv.
Add in the explanation of TmAChr33: Refering to TmACrv.
