Issue

Attribute TmAChr22 has a condition to it. This conditions is not clear. The condition states: "TmAChr33 refers to the attribute TmACrv.setCharact = 33 etc."

Attribute TmACrv is optional.

It is (from the condition) not clear what to do with TmAChr33.

Proposal

Rephrase the condition:

TmAChr33 is mandatory if TmACrv is available and TmAChr33 is not allowed if TmACrv is not available.

TmAChr33 is relevant if TmACrv is avaialable and has the specific value TmACrv.setCharact between 33 and 48. But TmACrv could also be between 1 and 31, and by specific setting change set to 33. Then TmAChr33 has to be modelled. If you shrink TmACrv up to 31 than TmAChr33 is not necessary.	22 Mar 13	Not Applicable
