Issue

IEC 61850-7-2 ed2 defines a new basictype for Currency.
It is used in CUG cdc but its mapping is not defined in 8.1.

Proposal

Add a definition of Visible-string with 3 bytes to table 11.

All the string we are using in 7-2 have been mapped to a variable length string. Even the bit string are variable length bit string. It allows a better forward compatibility. 12 Apr 13 Ballot Period

accepted.
Currency shall be mapped to an MMS variable length visible string whose maximum length is 3 characters.
The string content shall be the ISO 4217 3-character currency code.
