Issue

Conflict between IEC 61850-7-4 and IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviations:
- In IEC 61850-7-420: 'Cnfg' means 'Configuration'
- In IEC 61850-7-4: 'Cfg' and also 'Conf' means 'Configuration'

Proposal

Proposed solution:
- Adapt to IEC 61850-7-4 abbreviation 'Cfg', i.e. remove IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviation 'Cnfg'
- Rename ZINV.PhACnfg to ZINV.PhACfg
- Rename ZINV.PhBCnfg to ZINV.PhBCfg
- Rename ZINV.PhCCnfg to ZINV.PhCCfg
