Issue

The name of MFLW.MtrVol uses a not declared abbreviation 'Mtr'.
Furthmermore it wrongly uses 'Vol', which is defined in IEC 61850-7-4 as 'Voltage non-phase-related' instead of 'Vlm' for 'Volume'.

Proposal

As this DO is of category 'Metered values' anyway drop the abbreviation 'Mtr' i.e. change this DO name to simply MFLW.Vlm.

Because this DO with the new name Vlm (having a data type (CDC) of BCR) conflicted with other DOs having the same name Vlm but having a CDC of MV instead (i.e. KTNK.Vlm from IEC 61850-7-4 and HRES.Vlm from IEC 61850-7-410), it was decided to change this DO name again to VlmCnt.
