Issue

Inconsistency with DOs having the same name StepPos but using different types (CDCs):
- In IEC 61850-7-410 HSEQ.StepPos uses CDC INS
- FSEQ.StepPos uses CDC SPS

Proposal

Change CDC of DO FSEQ.StepPos to INS.
This seems to be an obvious error as there are more than only two possible step positions…
