Issue

The DO names CellVTrCnt and CellCnt of LN DSTK use a not declared abbreviation 'Cell'.

Proposal

- Use the existing abbreviation 'Cel' from IEC 61850-7-4.
- Rename DSTK.CellVTrCnt to DSTK.CelVTrCnt
- Rename DSTK.CellCnt to DSTK.CelCnt
