Issue

The name of DRAT.DisconnLevW uses a not declared abbreviation 'Disconn'.

Proposal

Add a new abbreviation 'Dscon' (for 'Disconnected') to the IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviations list, and change this DO name to DRAT.DsconLevW
