Issue

The names of DFCL.WtrCndv and MFLW.MatCndv use a not declared abbreviation 'Cndv'.

Proposal

Use the abbreviation 'Cndct' from IEC 61850-7-4, i.e. change these DO names to DFCL.WtrCndct and MFLW.MatCndct, resp.
