Issue

The names of DOs DCCT.Currency, DCST.Currency and MFUL.Currency use a not declared abbreviation 'Currency'.

Proposal

- Add a new abbreviation 'Ccy' (for 'Currency') to the IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviations list.
- Rename DCCT.Currency to DCCT.Ccy
- Rename DCST.Currency to DCST.Ccy
- Rename MFUL.Currency to MFUL.Ccy
