Issue

The table of the GenLogicalNodeClass definition is not consistent with IEC 61850-7-2 Edition 2, e.g., Log and LogControlBlock are inside the condition (grey box).
GSSEControlBlock should be removed.

Proposal

Align table 13 with 7-2 Ed 2 Table 17.
