Issue

Part 8-1 states that the File directory name shall be no longer than 32 octets. This does match with part 7-2 and the extended name length of IED+LD name.

Proposal

Increase the length from 32 to 64 octets

accepted. The text should say: The MMS virtual file store path specification is mandatory in the File name. The MMS virtual file path specification shall consist in a sequence of file directory names. File directory names shall be constrained to be no larger than 64 octets.
