Issue

Models of single phase metering quantities for Wh, VArh, and VAh are missing.

Proposal

The long-term solution should be the introduction of a new LN MMTN like MMXN for single phase metering. In the new LN MMTN there should be new data for the single phase metering quantity, i.e. PhWh, PhVArh, PhAh. For each phase the user has to create an instance. See proposal in annex A

LN: Non phase related Metering Name: MMTN
This LN shall be used for calculation of energy in a single-phase system, i.e. in a system where voltages and currents are not phase-related, or where the values per phase are of interest. The main use is for billing purposes.
