Issue

Part 8-1 clause 8.1.3.4 states that EntryID should be mapped to an 8 OCTET FIXED LENGTH string, while Part 7-2 clause 14.2.2.15 states ARBITRARY octet string that does not imply length.

Proposal

Change either part 8-1 or part 7-2 in order to be consistent with each other.
