Issue

LN RDRE contains a setting MemFull ("This Data is the percentage at which to indicate memory is full.") but there is no "full" indication in the LN.

Proposal

Add to LN RDRE:
"Status Information"
Name="FullSt"
Type=SPS
Description="Recorder Memory is Full(refer to MemFull)"
Transient=""
MOP=optional (or perhaps conditional based upon presence of MemFull)

I support the opinion from Wolfgang and would suggest to go to final proposal.	07 Feb 08	Ballot Period
From my point of view a MemFull value of 100 is exactly the same as FullSt=TRUE. MemFull gives a client the addtional choice to also consider a MemFull value of 90% as full, if he needs some reserve before doing some action. Therefore the FullSt DATA is not needed.	20 Dec 07	Discussion (red)
