Issue

"LogEntries shall be non volatile".

This text should appear in document IEC 61850-7-2 not in MMS.

Proposal

Remove this sentence from IEC 61850-8-1 and add it to IEC 61850-7-2 to clarify the log storage.

Agree that the statement should be in 7-2. Tissue #540 has been posted on 7-2.

If the statement is moved into 7-2, the statement will be removed from 8-1. If the statement is not moved into 7-2, the statement will remain in 8-1. 		15 May 07 Ballot Period
