Issue

In the parameter table associated to GetDataSetValues, the parameter DataSetReference is present in the clause Response+.

And this parameter is not mentionned in § 11.3.2.3.

Proposal

In the parameter table associated to GetDataSetValues, suppress the parameter DataSetReference in the clause Response+.

The parameter DataSetReference in the request should be removed. This would make the service consistent with GetDataValues.

In a SCSM the underlying protocol may support to retrun the reference. In MMS it is an option requested in the Read.Request (Specificatio-with-result TRUE/FALSE). 		17 Feb 08 Ballot Period
