Point 1:
As RptEna is a BOOLEAN (refer to table 23 about BRCB class), only true or false should be used.
Unfortunatly, §14.2.2.5 speaks about values enabled and disabled.
Point 2:
Should not be a good idea to set a default value for RptEna in the BRCB class ?

Point 1:
Add a detail in §14.2.2.5 to precise :
- either true means enabled (and false means disabled)
- or the opposite
Point 2:
If true means enabled I suggest false as default value.
