Issue

Currently the only set point value (analogue command) possible for GGIO is of the type INC (attribute = ISCSO) which should have an enumerated data type (INT8) as per the updates available in section 9.5.6 of IEC 61850-6. This is a big limitation as we cannot issue floating point commands using GGIO.

This is often required in many cases like using GGIO for modelling an RTU which has got more generic inputs/ouputs.

Proposal

Add a new attribute "AnOut" of CDC type "APC"
