Issue

There is a global lack of information about the Response+ and Response- parameters for services.

It should be written somewhere that :
- either these 2 parameters are always answered (by the server) and in this case, a new label (e.g. no-error) is to be defined for ServiceError in order to know that the Response+ value is valid
- or only one of these 2 parameters is each time answered and in this case, a choice type is to be defined.

Proposal

Precise somewhere something like "The 2 parameters Response+ and Response- are always answered and the Response+ value is to be used each time the Response- value is no-error.".

Add the new label no-error in table 5 for ServiceError type.
