1/ The type for parameter Response+ of service SetFile is difficult to guess.

2/ The type for File-Data is not correct.

Proposal

1/ Add in §20.2.2.3 the sentence "The type for this parameter is SCSM specific.".

2/ Replace octet string by OCTET STRING in §20.2.2.2.2.
