Issue

ENUMERATED and CODED ENUM are not basic types.
Only an enumeration associated with a closed list of labels is.

For example :

ENUMERATED {a, b, c} is a basic (unnamed) type
xxx ENUMERATED {a, b, c}is a basic type named xxx

Proposal

Add a note about this in table 2 for both ENUMERATED and CODED ENUM.

The content of the proposed note could be :
"This type is to be instanciated by a dedicated ordered set of labels before use".
