Table 58 and page 80 use "UserSt", page 73 uses "UserST". Which one is correct?

Make consistent: UserST

Propose to change UserST to UserSt on page 73 (two occurrences). Will also fix on page 72. Will fix in Table 65.

The change, as proposed, does not impact interoperability whereas to change UserSt -> UserST would impact interoperability with current implementations. 		07 Sep 06 Discussion (red)
