Issue

It is not clear according to IEC61850-6, how to represent an IEC61850 server acting as GOOSE subscriber. There should be a way to represent data coming from other GOOSE publisher inside the same.

Proposal

There should be an attribute in GSE control block to identify the same as subscriber or publisher. If it is a subscriber, the attached dataset will represent the data mapping from the GOOSE message to the internal data model of IEC61850 server.

Discussion Created Status
The next SCL version will contain a ClientServices element which tells if an IED can be a GOOSE subscriber or not.
The subscribed DATA can already now be specified within an Input element either at LN0, or individually at each LN which needs specific data.
