Issue

In table 5 the number of terminals (connections to different connectivity nodes) for the type code PTW (Power Transformer Winding) is limited to only one terminal.
In case of a grounded starpoint, for example with an additional CTR, the starpoint of a winding represents a second terminal.

Proposal

The number of terminals for the type code PTW should be two.
