Issue

All the protection LN's have 'Op' attribute described as transient (T). T means that just changes from FALSE to TRUE can be reported. My question is how can a client, which works just oriented to event, know if a protection is not tripped if just trip events are received.
In the other hand, on tissue #79 of part 7-4 AutoRecSt and CntRec are described as T while the defintion says T just applies to boolean data.

Proposal

The client knows that the attribute is transient and, therefore, may reset the attribute value. Otherwise he may start an GI to find the actual value of this attribute. 30 Mar 06 Not Applicable
