Issue

Several of the enumerated values 86-89 are missing. See table 112 of IEC 61850-7-3 ED 2 Amd 1

Proposal

Align the example in IEC 61850-6 with the table in 7-3 and check that all of the enumeration values from 7-3 are in the NSD.
