Issue

TVTR nameplate extensions are specified in Table 907. The first sentence in 6.903.8, however, is adding a reference to Table 903, which is defining the LPHD extensions.
This mistake was introduced during the editorial process of the FDIS.

Proposal

Remove the mistaken reference "and in Table 903" at the end of the first sentence.
In alignment with 6.903.7 (TCTR), replace the dated reference IEC 61850-7-4:2010 by an undated reference, in order to cover the amendment.
This is resulting in the correct requirement:
"TVTR logical nodes shall be as specified in IEC 61850-7-4, except that the TVTR logical nodes shall be extended by the addition of the nameplate data objects defined in Table 907."
