Issue

Attributes definition of 7-2 LTS is not in alignement with its mapping in IEC 61850-8-1.
7-2: (logEna, datSet, oldEntrTm, bufTm, trgOps, intgPd, logRef)
8-1: (logEna, logRef, datSet, oldEntrTm, newEntrTm, oldEnt, newEnt, optFlds, trgOps, intgPd)

Tissue 1041 already indicate addition of attributes oldEntrTm, newEntrTm, oldEnt and newEnt.

It remains problem of logRef order and not mapped bufTm.

Proposal

To avoid interoperability issues (the attributes definition is mandated by 8-1), modify the definition of LTS in 7-2 to match 8-1.

New definition in 7-3 ed 2.1 shall be: (logEna, logRef, datSet, oldEntrTm, newEntrTm, oldEnt, newEnt, optFlds, trgOps, intgPd)

Definition is already standardized in Ed2 - See IEC.CH Supporting Document - 7-3 2007A2 NSD.
Mark as interop as the definition changed from a 7-x perspective.
However, the mapping of the CDC in 8-1 remains unchanged.
