Issue

In Ed.1 we create category "IntOP" for mandatory tissues and "Ed2" for optional tissues.

In Ed.2 currently we have a number of "IntOP2" and "Ed3" respectively.

But there are also a lot of tissues categorized as "Ed2", what it's supposed to mean?
