The description for LPHD.RsStat says "Reset device statistics". There are 3 possible interpretations:
1. All statistics in the IED (in whatever logical device, in whatever access point) are reset - including those from statistical derived LNs.
2. All statistics in the IED (in whatever logical device, in whatever access point) are reset, except if there is a dedicated reset command (e.g., not XCBR.SumSwARs because there is the XCBR.OpCnt, or where there is an OpCntRs)
3. Only the statistics included in this LPHD (e.g., OpTmh, NumPwrUp).
