Issue

Current description of SCBR indicates that this LN is targeted at the supervision of each breaker contact. Therefore, for a typical 3-phase circuit breaker, one would have 3 SCBR instances to model each of the breaker contacts.
However there are several data objects in SCBR that target the supervision of trip coils and not breaker contacts. Tripping circuits may have distinct configurations and a one-to-one association to breaker contact is not always applicable.

Proposal

Please consider extracting trip coil supervision from SCBR and creating new modelling logical nodes for trip/operate circuits.
SCBR would target contact supervision only.

The trip/operate circuit supervision should be considered in TR IEC 61850-90-3 /TR IEC 61850-7-500. The results can be introduced in the standard part 7-4 in edition 3. 09 Apr 14 Discussion (red)
