Issue

Conflict between IEC 61850-7-420 and IEC 61400-25-6 (TC88 JWG25) data object (DO) name abbreviations:
- In IEC 61850-7-420: 'Cool' means 'Coolant'
It is used in total of 8 DO names in 5 different LNs.
- In IEC 61400-25-6: 'Cl' means 'Cooling, cooling system'

Proposal

- Drop the abbreviation 'Cool' and use 'Cl' instead
- Rename DCHC.CoolTyp to DCHC.ClTyp
- Rename DGEN.GnCoolDnTm to DGEN.GnClDnTm
- Rename DSTK.InCoolTmp to DSTK.InClTmp
- Rename DSTK.OutCoolTmp to DSTK.OutClTmp
- Rename DSTK.CoolFlwRte to DSTK.ClFlwRte
- Rename DSTK.CoolPres to DSTK.ClPres
- Rename ZINV.CoolTyp to ZINV.ClMthTyp
- Rename ZRCT.CoolTyp to ZRCT.ClMthTyp
