Issue

"EntryTime" (48 bit time representation in ASN.1 with an epoch of 1984) is used exclusively for log entries, never in 9-2. It could confuse users since the timestamps are transmitted as TimeStamp (64 bits, epoch of 1970).

Proposal

Remove EntryTime reference in Table 15

Not accepted.
Table 15 needs to be updated to include missing basic types.

the purpose of table 15 is to provide an encoding rule for each basic type.
entry time is also a basic type. removing it will probably lead to a tissue: entryTime type is missing - add it!
Therefore I'm not in favour of removing it.

Maybe add a rule for currency reflecting TISSUE 1047
