Issue

There is a need to have a fault indication independet from a trip. There is no dedicated LN for this function but the LN PTRC provides all information a fault indicator has to provide.

Proposal

1) Update the description of LN PTRC as follows:
This LN shall be used to connect the “operate” outputs of one or more protection functions to a common “trip” to be transmitted to XCBR. In addition, or alternatively, any requested combination of “operate” outputs of the protection functions may be combined to the “operate” of PTRC to be used e.g. as trip indication. Any requested combination of “start” outputs of the protection functions may be combined to the “start” of PTRC to be used e.g. as fault indication. For the use as fault indicator no “operate” may be subscribed or the “trip” output of PTRC may be blocked.
2) Make all three DOs Tr, Op and Str optional (O) or conditional (C) with the presence condition that at least one of the three DOs has to be present.
