Issue

MMET contains meteorological measurements but some sensors only indicate the existence or non-existence of rain, snow, ice etc. The threshold is built into the sensor. It would be useful to collect those kind of status data in the MMET. One specific example of data that is presently defined in IEC 61400-25-2 is IceSt which indicates the precense of an ice layer.

Proposal

Add status data IceSt (STV) "Status of ice detection" to MMET, and possibly other status data for rain, snow, etc.
