Issue

In the DataTypeTemplates section it is possible to define short addresses (sAddr) for a structured data attribute. However, it is not possible to override these in instances, i.e., at the SDI element corresponding to the structured data attribute.

Proposal

Add sAddr (optional, no default value) to the SDI element. In the explanation part (Part 6) include some text indicating that this short address shall only be provided for SDI corresponding to a structured data attribute (and not for an actual sub-data object instance).
