KVLVExt adds data objects "FlwSv" and "PosVlvSv " CDC=SAV to existing part 7-4 Logical Node KVLV with identical descriptions "Liquid flow rate (volumetric flow rate SIUnit [m3/s])" and "Valve position" respectively of CDC=MV

Note that according to 61850-7-2 Table 3 for FC=MX, a Data Object CDC=MV is allowed to be a member of a DataSet for a sampled value control block

Proposal

Delete KVLVExt
