KTNKExt adds data objects "LevPctSv" and "VlmSv " CDC=SAV to existing part 7-4 Logical Node KTNK with identical descriptions "Current level in the tank [%]" and "Current volumetric content in the container" respectively of CDC=MV

Note that according to 61850-7-2 Table 3 for FC=MX, a Data Object CDC=MV is allowed to be a member of a DataSet for a sampled value control block
