Issue

KFILExt adds data object "DifPresSv" CDC=SAV to existing part 7-4 Logical Node KFAN with a description "Differential pressure over the filter".
KFIL already has DifPresHi CDC=MV described "DifPresHi" and it is unclear why new DO is needed.
Note that according to 61850-7-2 Table 3 for FC=MX, a Data Object CDC=MV is allowed to be a member of a DataSet for a sampled value control block
