Issue

KFANExt adds data object "SpdSv" CDC=SAV to existing part 7-4 Logical Node KFAN with a description "Rotational speed (rotational speed SIUnit [s-1])".
KFAN already has Spd CDC=MV also described "Rotational speed (rotational speed SIUnit [s-1])" and it is unclear why new DO is needed.
Note that according to 61850-7-2 Table 3 for FC=MX, a Data Object CDC=MV is allowed to be a member of a DataSet for a sampled value control block
