Issue

MFLWExt adds data object "Flw" to existing part 7-4 Logical Node MFLW with a description "Actual flow".
MFLW already has FlwRte described "Volume flow rate" and it is unclear how this differs from the extension Data Object Flw="Actual Flow"

Proposal

Explain the purpose of MFLWExt.Flw compared to the purpose of MFLW.FlwRte.
Note that the presence condition of FLW.FlwRte is AtLeastOne(n) which is paired with MFLW.VlmCnt.
However, the presence condition of MFLWExt.Flw is "optional" which appears to conflict with the definition in MFLW
