The existing description is "Average power factor in a three-phase circuit"
This could be interpreted as average (PF.phsA, PF.phsB PF.phsC) which is different (and reported by AvPFPhs)
It would be better to use a description aligned with the descriptions used in metering communication standards such as IEC 61968-9 and IEC 60256-6-1
Proposal
Change the description to:
Equivalent power factor for a three-phase circuit, calculated from the ratio of the total active power TotW to the total apparent power TotVA. The sign of TotPF shall be consistent with the sign of TotVAr and the PFSign setting.
