Issue

ds PresCond for data objects instantiating non <<statistics>> DCDs wher set to F.
During last WG10 meeting, the adHoc TF "Modeling rate of change" - https://collaborate.iec.ch/#/pages/workspaces/137211/documents/242598/details/1033821?onlyWithPreview=false&fileId=1033821- has identified the need to allow Alm, Warn, and related threshold settings in the statistical and historical data. The alarm, warning and threshold objects apply to the "derived statistic" obsesrved measurement. Example: SIML.TmpAlm applies to the {SIML.Tmp, qualified by the SIML.ClcMth). SIML.TmpAlm is not qualified by the SIML.ClcMth itself.

Proposal

Re-asses the PresCond ds, for SPS, ASG as concluded in the TF UML and autogeneration redmine decision:
