Issue

the path format described in the extRefAddr description (IEDName/LDevice/LN/ExtRef.intAddr) does not follow the rules from chapter 5.2 about PathName which states that for references inside an LN a "." should be used

Proposal

Propose to update the path format of table 6 extRefAddr to
LDevice/LN.ExtRef.intAddr
IEDName/LDevice/LN.ExtRef.intAddr
