Issue

tPredefinedBasicTypeEnum contains values that are not used or listed in part 7-2, 7-3 or 8-1, like for example:
* FLOAT64
* VisString32
* VisString65

On page 166, it is noted: "NOTE 1 - INT128 and INT24U exist only for backwards compatibility reasons, and are deprecated."

But nothing is stated about the basic types: FLOAT64, VisString32 or 65

Proposal

* Add a note in part 6 to clarify the purpose of basic types such as FLOAT64, VisString32, and VisString65, which are currently not referenced in Parts 7-2, 7-3, or 8-1
* Include comments or descriptions in the XSD schema, to document the deprecated basic types, or their purpose
* update part 7-2, clause 6.2.2 "Basic Types", and potentially 8-1, clause 8.1.1 "BasicTypes" to ensure their alignment, also with part 6, clause 9.5.4.2 "Attribute basic types"
