Issue

The SCL example written in Annex G, is showing the usage of LTRK for GOOSE control block tracking for both L2 GOOSE and UPD GOOSE, providing 2 Data Object instances: GoCBTrk, and GocbUDPTrk in LTRKa.
Tissue 1701 has clarified the name of the GOOSE cnotrol block tracking for UPD GOOSE. GocbUpdTrk.

Proposal

Modify example to fit interop tissue 1701.
