Issue

The DFPF descriptions have some discrepancies in DO names.
- ReqPF: PFGnTgt should be PFGnTgtSpt, and PFLodTgt should be PFLodTgtSpt.
- PFGnTgtSpt: PFGnExtSet should be PFGnExtQud.
- PFLodTgtSpt: PFLodExtSet should be PFLodExtQud.
