The PresCond of CnstWMax in DGEN is currently set to Omulti, whereas in DER_GeneratorLN, it is O.

Proposal

Given the intended meaning of CnstWMax, the PresCond should be optional but not multiple.
Therefore, the PresCond of CnstWMax in DGEN should be revised to O.
